Hi, my name is Shellie Brian, and welcome to my site that’s all about cellulite.
Before I introduce you to my site though, I’d just like to tell you a little about myself...
It was a several years ago, when I first started to notice cellulite appear on my body. I didn’t like it, but I also didn’t give it much thought. It wasn’t particularly noticeable to be honest, so I just accepted it. However, over the years to come, I was becoming more and more aware of it because the appearance was actually getting worse.
I used to have really tight firm legs, and they looked really nice, but then, several years down the line, things were not looking good at all.
I didn’t actually do anything about it though until a few years ago when I started to realize that I was actually heading down hill in a few areas of my life. I was getting older for one, and although I knew that I couldn’t do much about this fact, I found that I was a bit down about it. I think it was due to a combination of a few other things all mixed together.
I was putting on a fair bit of weight, and had become completely unfit. My diet was appalling, consisting of junk food, a lot of fried food and too many carbs. I had actually completely lost focus in life.
One day I became very self-conscious of all this. It was like an “all of a sudden revelation” to me. In fact, at that time, it seemed more like a warning, and I just knew that if I didn’t address this, I would simply put on more and more weight, become more and more unfit and become even more dissatisfied with myself and my life. I was also worried that I might be in danger of slipping into some level or kind of depression.
This is when it all changed for me, and the point at which I turned my life around. I decided to research all I could about nutrition. I also researched the best way for me to lose weight, get fit and - of course - get rid of the cellulite that had become so stubbornly a part of my being.
Fast forwards several months later...
I had put into practice an amazing diet that consisted of foods and drink that were rich in vitamins, minerals and everything else that was good for me.
I completely changed my lifestyle in the areas that were causing me damage. Previously, I was drinking a little too much, and although I still enjoy a glass of wine occasionally, I have cut right back. Also, I used to love getting a tan, soaking in the sun, but I discovered that this was really bad for my body in so many ways, so I stopped. Now I have a fun and healthy lifestyle - and it is so much better!
I now exercise daily and look forward to it. I feel fit, more vibrant and I actually feel younger now that I felt a few years ago.
So, what happened to my cellulite? Well, slowly but surely, it disappeared. It was a slow, gradual process, which took 2 to 3 months, before I noticed any real sign of it reducing, but once it started, I found the reduction process to be both noticeable and consistent. A few months on from then and all my cellulite had gone. My legs are firm again and cellulite free (my legs seemed to have the worst amount of cellulite).
As a result of the success I had, I thought I would create this site and build a hobby of it. I actually love talking about this, and I regularly do women’s discussions and talks on the subject.
