In the previous section we talked about the importance of being deliberate in what we eat. We focused specifically on what to avoid and what to focus on.
In this section, we are going to take a look at the different liquids we should or should not be consuming that can help play a vital role in the overall battle of cellulite reduction.

Alcohol is processed by the body in an entirely different manner to other drinks. When alcohol is consumed, the liver processes it immediately. However, studies show that the quantity and speed of alcohol intake can greatly affect the efficiency of the liver to metabolize alcohol.
